1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Events Horizon for services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, event attendees, vendors, and website users.

2. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

  • - Event draping design and production
  • - Draping hire, draping rigging equipment hire
  • - Set up and pack down of draping and associated equipment

Custom packages may be tailored to individual client requirements.

3. Quotes, Booking & Deposits

All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and a deposit (typically 30% unless agreed otherwise).

Final balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may receive a partial refund.

Cancellations within 30 days of the event may forfeit the deposit.

Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 7 days of the event unless required by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

- Ensure access to the venue for setup and pack-down as agreed.

- Obtain all necessary permissions, permits, or approvals for their event.

- Provide accurate information regarding venue logistics, power access, and event timelines.

6. Hire Equipment Terms

Equipment remains the property of Events Horizon at all times.

Clients are responsible for the safekeeping of hired items from delivery until return.

Any damage or loss may result in a repair or replacement charge.

Equipment must not be moved or altered without prior consent.

7. Liability & Insurance

Events Horizon holds public liability insurance appropriate to the scope of our services.

We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury caused by:

- Acts of third parties

- Client negligence

- Force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters)

Clients should consider obtaining their own event insurance for added protection.

8. Force Majeure

Events Horizon is not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to pandemics, strikes, severe weather, or government restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, designs, and content produced or provided by Events Horizon remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Photos & Promotion

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Events Horizon reserves the right to use photos or videos of our setup/services for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
