Dior
Multi-layered cream chiffon ceiling draping over a Lux Mocha base, tied to a custom truss structure and finished with custom swags and a pelmet. A single-day install in a tight space within a heritage building — iterated on site to precisely match a reference image created by Dior's team in Italy.

We custom-manufactured a bespoke 6-metre-high pleated drape range — around 150 metres of it — for the launch. The range performed so well it became our permanent in-house Lux Range, now stocked in Lux White, Mocha and Grey at 2.5m, 3.6m and 6m heights.
Backdrops
Australian Fashion Week
Full venue draping across the main halls, five years running since 2021 — around 650 to 700 linear metres per event, drawing on our stock of 167 nine-metre black velvet drapes. Backdrop draping is pre-rigged on tracks and swapped between designer shows on the same day. We won the work when the previous supplier closed, scaling up at short notice.
What we do
Events Horizon is a specialist draping company based in Turrella, Sydney. We design, supply, and install draping for events of every scale, from a single backdrop panel to full venue wraps. We work directly with event producers, AV companies, creative agencies, venue managers, and brands across corporate, fashion, television, exhibition, and live event sectors.
Our drape and curtain hire inventory includes velvet (in black, blue, burgundy, grey, navy, and red), chiffon sheer, chiffon with cotton backing, flat wool, Liquid Gold, Liquid Silver, and our Lux range in Mocha and White. We also carry star cloth, velvet borders, truss socks, and push-up socks. Drape heights run from 2.5 metres to 12 metres. Event draping hire covers Greater Sydney, Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Wollongong, Hunter Valley, and regional NSW. We travel interstate for larger productions. We offer two service options: full service, where we deliver, install, and pack down everything, or dry hire for pros who prefer self pickup from our Turrella warehouse. We coordinate load-in schedules with your production manager and work around AV, lighting, and staging teams.
